Can I use the AI-remixed images for commercial purposes?
Yes, all paid subscribers (Starter, Standard, Premium) and credit pack purchasers receive a full, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive commercial usage license for all successfully generated outputs. You can use these visual variations in Shopify/Amazon stores, Facebook/TikTok paid ad campaigns, social media posts, catalogs, and print media without paying any royalty fees.
What is the credit cost model, and how does the automatic refund system work?
Each successful image variation task consumes 50 credits. We understand that generative models can occasionally encounter network timeouts, API drops, or execution errors. To protect your wallet, our system automatically tracks the status of each generation task. If a task fails or times out, the 50 credits are instantly refunded back to your account balance, ensuring you only pay for completed high-quality variations.
Does Remix Lab AI support video and music remixing?
Currently, the active workspace is dedicated to AI Image Remixing (Phase 1). We are actively developing AI Video Remixing (Phase 2), which converts product photos into short marketing video loops, and AI Music Remixing (Phase 3), which lets creators apply genre styling to audio files. Are my uploaded photos and generated images stored securely?
Yes. All source files and generated outputs are uploaded directly to private, secure Cloudflare R2 cloud storage vaults and processed using transitively encrypted channels. Free tier generations are automatically purged after 7 days, and paid subscriber creations are permanently deleted after 30 days. You can also manually delete any visual asset from your Creations Catalog dashboard at any time, which permanently removes it from our cloud storage.
Do you use my uploaded product photos or selfies to train public AI models?
No. Remix Lab AI enforces a strict privacy policy: your uploads and generated outputs are strictly used to complete your variation requests. We do not use your source files, face maps, or brand assets to train public, custom, or third-party generative models.
What are the recommended upload dimensions, formats, and file limits?
Our workspace supports standard JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP image formats up to a maximum file size limit of 10MB. For optimal background swap results, we recommend uploading sharp, high-contrast images where the subject is centered and clearly in focus. If you upload images with transparent backgrounds, our engine will automatically render matching shadows onto the new scene.
How do I cancel my subscription, and can I get a refund?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard, and you will not be billed for subsequent periods. We also offer a 14-day refund guarantee for subscriptions and credit packs, provided that no credits have been consumed. Once credits are used for generations, compute costs are incurred, and that portion of the purchase becomes non-refundable.
