RemixLab AI Content Safety Guidelines

RemixLab AI is designed for generating ecommerce product photos, marketing creatives, and brand-safe visual content. The submission of prompts or assets that target or contain the following categories is strictly prohibited:

• NSFW, adult, or sexually explicit imagery: Nudity, highly suggestive poses, explicit sexual acts, pornography, or intimations of sexual violence.
• Hateful, violent, or discriminatory content: Harassment, hate speech, threats, self-harm instructions, weapon listings, neo-nazi propaganda, or depictions of graphic violence and torture.
• Deepfakes or non-consensual facial manipulation: Creating misleading visual representations, facial likeness theft, or using other individuals' portraits without their explicit consent.
• Content designed to deceive, scam, or defraud: False ads, phishing setups, card generator layouts, counterfeit listings, or deceptive promotions.
• Unauthorized use of third-party trademarks or copyrights: Uploading brand logos, copyrighted illustrations, or artistic intellectual property without authorization.
• Any content that violates applicable law: Synthesizing illicit drug guides, black market layouts, or illegal trade media.

Monitoring and Enforcement

To uphold these safety standards, we run all prompt queries and uploaded files through automated safety layers. We use Creem's Content Moderation API to screen and assess prompts before they are transmitted to AI generation models.

Violations of these content safety guidelines will result in:

• Immediate prompt blocking (a security warning page will be shown to the user);
• Account suspension and review;
• Permanent account termination and forfeiture of any remaining credits for repeat offenders.
