Commercial Use Guidelines

2. User Upload & Intellectual Property Restrictions

While Remix Lab AI grants you commercial rights to the generated background scenes and stylistic layers, you retain sole legal responsibility and liability for the original assets you upload (such as product shots, brand logos, face portraits, and illustrations).

You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary copyright registrations, permissions, licenses, or authorizations to upload, modify, and remix the target elements. Remix Lab AI does not monitor or verify user uploads for copyright status.

Trademark & Face Likeness Clearance: If your uploaded source file contains recognizable third-party logos, trademark designs, or identifiable human faces, you are responsible for obtaining trademark releases and model consent forms. Our commercial license only covers the AI-synthesized background pixels and ambient lighting; it does not grant permissions to use third-party trademarked intellectual properties or individual likenesses.

3. Acceptable Use Policies & Prohibited Outputs

You agree not to utilize generated assets or our remix workspace to create, publish, or promote:

• Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading advertisements, including fake endorsements or false reviews;
• Deepfakes, visual identity theft, or portrait modifications intending to defame or impersonate real people;
• NSFW, sexually explicit, graphic, or adult entertainment graphics;
• Outputs promoting violence, hate speech, illegal weapons, or controlled materials;
• Content that directly infringes upon third-party copyrights or patents.

System prompts and uploaded files are analyzed by automated moderation filters. Repeated violations of our Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate account suspension and credit forfeits.

4. Refund and Cancellation Processing Procedures

Generative tasks are processed in real-time. If an execution request encounters an error, database timeout, or connection drop, our transaction engines automatically credit 50 credits back to your workspace balance. No credits are charged for failed generations.

Our system operates with credit-based accounting. We offer a 14-day refund window for active subscription plans and credit packs, provided that no credits have been consumed. Once you initiate a model variation run, computing resources are allocated, and the corresponding transaction becomes non-refundable. Refund requests are processed via Paddle or Creem support channels in under 3 business days.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Generative AI technologies have natural styling variations. Remix Lab AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that generated images will exactly match specific color palettes, exact packaging text, or physical textures. We hold no liability for any business losses, campaign suspensions, or trademark disputes resulting from your use of generated images.
