2. User-Uploaded Assets & Content Rights

You retain full ownership, copyrights, and intellectual property permissions for all source materials (images, photographs, prompts, vectors) you upload to our platform.

By uploading assets, you grant Remix Lab AI a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to process, resize, host, and transmit the files solely as necessary to perform your requested image variation tasks.

Clearance Responsibilities: You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary permissions and releases to modify the uploaded assets. You are solely responsible for clearing any recognizable human face likenesses or third-party brand logos contained in your files.

3. Credits Consumption and Automated Failure Refunds

Our workspace calculates generation actions on a credit-based structure. Standard image variation tasks deduct 50 user credits from your account balance.

Failed Task Protections: Generative AI operations can occasionally fail due to GPU cluster congestion, server connection timeouts, or subprocessor API drops. Our backend systems automatically identify failed runs and immediately refund the 50 credits back to your wallet. You are only charged for completed, high-resolution visual outputs.

4. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record Compliance

Payments for Remix Lab AI subscription plans and one-time top-up credit packs are processed exclusively by our Merchant of Record (MoR) partners, Paddle or Creem, depending on the checkout portal and buyer region.

The selected Merchant of Record is legally responsible for transaction processing, VAT/GST calculation, tax compliance, invoicing, receipt delivery, and card verification. Remix Lab AI does not store or process card numbers on our servers and will not issue separate invoices.

5. Acceptable Use Policy & Content Restrictions

You agree not to use our workspace or API gates to upload, request, generate, or publish content that violates our Acceptable Use parameters. Prohibited items include:

• NSFW, adult, or sexually explicit graphics;
• Hateful, violent, discriminatory, or harassing content;
• Phishing, scams, deceptive promotions, or fraudulent marketing banners;
• Deepfakes, facial likeness theft, or misleading impersonation of any individual;
• Unauthorized trademark logos, brand icons, or copyrighted illustrations;
• Regulated, restricted, or illegal goods or services.

We process prompts and files through automated moderation filters. Repeated violations will result in account restriction, credit forfeits, and permanent account termination.

6. Sanctions & Geographic Boundaries

We comply with international trade controls, card network rules, and sanctions. Remix Lab AI services and checkouts are restricted and unavailable in countries or regions sanctioned by our Merchant of Record partners or applicable laws.
